Australia Post, Sendle and associated couriers are our Australian delivery options.

Please note: Sendle and associated couriers will NOT take parcels to a Post Office

ONLY Australia Post will take parcels to the Post Office Boxes and Parcel Lockers etc.

For all deliveries to a residential address every parcel sent has an Authority To Leave in a safe place if they cannot place it in your letterbox or you are not there to receive your order in person.

Some examples below to look for your ATL parcel (Authority to Leave):

• At front door
• Over the fence on left hand side
• Behind the grey gates
• Behind the bins
• At receptionist in foyer
• Behind flower pot to left of front door.
• International Orders

All international orders will be sent via Australia Post international services with tracking.

Returns

All orders must be checked for any discrepancies or damaged stock, TKTX Company must be notified within 24 hours of receiving your order by email to info@tktxcompany.com.au. We will give you a return number and address to send your returned items to.

Items returned back without return number will be returned back to you at your cost so please call first to receive your return number.

All returns must be in the same condition as received.

Please make sure you wrap the return goods up carefully so they do not get damaged on the return to us. Include a note stating your name, return number and issue.
