Shipping
We use Australia Post for delivery of all our products with Standard and Express options available during checkout.
For all deliveries to a residential address every parcel sent has an Authority To Leave in a safe place if they cannot place it in your letterbox or you are not there to receive your order in person.
Some examples below to look for your ATL parcel (Authority to Leave):
- At front door
- Over the fence on left hand side
- Behind the grey gates
- Behind the bins
- At receptionist in foyer
- Behind flower pot to left of front door.
- International Orders
All international orders will be sent via Australia Post international services with tracking.
Returns
Check the order when it arrives. Damaged, leaking, wrong item, or a broken seal: email info@tktxcompany.com.au within 24 hours with your order number and a photo.
We will replace it or refund it. Unused and unopened, in the original packaging: you can return it within 7 days of delivery. Email first for a return number. You pay the return postage.
No return number, it comes back to you at your cost. Opened cream, spray, foam, gel or balm cannot be returned because it did not feel strong enough. Results depend on skin, placement and how it was applied. That is not a faulty product. Faulty stock is covered under the Australian Consumer Law.
That does not include change of mind, or a result you did not like.
