Returns

Check the order when it arrives.

Damaged, leaking, wrong item, or a broken seal: email info@tktxcompany.com.au within 24 hours with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund it.

Unused and unopened, in the original packaging: you can return it within 7 days of delivery. Email first for a return number. You pay the return postage. No return number, it comes back to you at your cost.

Opened cream, spray, foam, gel or balm cannot be returned because it did not feel strong enough. Results depend on skin, placement and how it was applied. That is not a faulty product.

Faulty stock is covered under the Australian Consumer Law. That does not include change of mind, or a result you did not like.
