We sell genuine TKTX and the other brands listed on this site. We buy direct from the manufacturers and ship the stock ourselves. Product photos are of the stock we sell.

These products are topical cosmetic and procedure-prep products. They are not a medicine and they are not a promise of a pain-free session. Results depend on your skin, where it is applied, and whether it was used as directed. Follow the how-to page. Patch test first. Do not use cream on broken skin. Stop if you react. If you have reacted to anaesthetic cream before, or you are pregnant, check with your artist or a doctor before use.

Shipping We ship with Australia Post. Standard and Express are shown at checkout. Free standard over $100 on TKTX creams, free express over $150. Same or next business day dispatch on orders placed before the cutoff. Residential parcels are sent Authority to Leave. International orders go Australia Post with tracking.

Returns Check the order when it arrives. Damaged, leaking, wrong item, or a broken seal: email info@tktxcompany.com.au within 24 hours with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund it.

Unused and unopened, in the original packaging: return within 7 days of delivery. Email first for a return number. You pay the return postage. No return number, it comes back to you at your cost.

Opened cream, spray, foam, gel or balm cannot be returned because it did not feel strong enough. That is not a faulty product.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure is not a major failure. That does not include change of mind, or a result you did not like.
